The last sighting of Jeffrey was on a bank surveillance tape at 1:35 p.m. on December 3, 1992.  He was making an ATM withdrawal at the Royal Bank located at Main and Whitney in Hamilton.

Jeffrey may have been suffering from early symptoms of Huntington’s Disease.  As a result, he may exhibit behaviour that is similar to alcohol impairment.
