Additional Information : | The last known sighting of Troy was in Cornwall. Troy and his daughter returned to her grandmother’s house after celebrating his son’s birthday. A day later, the 1987 maroon Lincoln he was driving was found burned out and abandoned in the Lanark Highlands, northwest of Perth. Troy is very close to his children and would speak with them almost on a daily basis. Troy operated a chip truck near the University of Ottawa. At the time of his disappearance, Troy was living in Chelsea, Quebec. |
