Additional Information :

Although a resident of Sault Ste. Marie, Terry Zubko was a patient at North Bay Psychiatric Hospital at the time of his disappearance.  He had been admitted to hospital in May of 1982.

Terry had been granted privileges to walk the grounds unsupervised for an hour.  He walked away from the hospital grounds just before 10:00 a.m. and has not been seen since.

Although the exact clothing worn by Terry at the time of his disappearance is unknown, he is believed to have had the clothes described above with him.

The former North Bay Psychiatric Hospital is now known as the Northeast Mental Health Centre.
