David’s last contact with his family occurred on November 2, 2010 when he spoke with his uncle.  At the time of his disappearance, David was living at the Parklane Residence located at 1095 Merivale Road in Ottawa.  He left home on November 4th and has not been seen since.

There is no indication that David took any of his belongings as all of his possessions were located at his residence.  He has not accessed his bank account.  David requires medication and has not had access to his medications since his disappearance.

It is out of character for David to have no contact with family or friends for any length of time.  Prior to going missing, he called his mother almost every day.

Anyone who may have seen David since November 4th or who knows of his current whereabouts is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service.  Police and his family would simply like to confirm David’s well-being.

David generally goes by the name “Dave Kearns”.
