At the time of his disappearance, Glen was a patient at the North East Mental Health Centre in North Bay.  He was granted permission to temporarily leave the facility at 1:00 p.m.  As the day of his disappearance was his birthday, staff believed that Glen was going to the downtown core of the city.  He did not return to the facility.

Glen lives with Schizophrenia and requires medication.  He can survive without his medication, but his paranoia increases.  He has been known to walk considerable distances.

It is possible that Glen has traveled to another community.  There have been unconfirmed sightings of Glen in Cochrane, Timmins and the New Liskeard areas.

Glen’s family and the North Bay Police Service police would like to determine Glen’s whereabouts in order to verify his well-being.
