At the time of his disappearance, Donald was taking medication for a unspecified condition.  He had last taken his medication on August 27, the day before he went missing.

Without medication, Donald becomes agitated and aggressive.  He is also known to make poor decisions.

Donald was last seen walking alone along Great Northern Road by Second Line East at approximately 2:00 p.m. He did not appear to be carrying anything at the time.
