Additional Information :

This unidentified man was recovered from the waters of Lake Ontario near the Toronto Harbour. It is not clear whether the man jumped or fell from a ferryboat.

The man was alive when recovered and taken to Toronto General Hospital. He died on August 7th, 1981 without regaining consciousness.
