Medical Information :

Lower left arm – surgical plates on radius and forearm, marked with numbers 248.08 and A3DK454, separating the numbers is a graphic described as a circle with an apple and stem, determined that was not released until after May 25, 1994

Ribs – healed fractures
Left hip socket – recent fracture

Additional Information :

The remains of this individual were found in a sewer basin near Lansdowne Avenue and Bloor Street in Toronto.

Although the surgical plates had identification numbers, it has not been possible to link the plates to a specific person.  The subsequent investigation determined that the plates were not released until sometime after May 25, 1994.

A McDonald’s name tag bearing the name “Raymond” was found in the basin as well.  However, it could not be determined if the name tag is or is not related to the human remains.
