On April 22, 2004 a small 2-door Toyota was involved in a collision near the intersection of Highway 400 and Highway 401.  The collision was the result of a transport truck that has struck the Toyota from the rear.  As a result, the Toyota caught fire.

The male driver of the Toyota was able to escape the burning vehicle.   This unidentified female was a passenger in the car and did not escape.
